三氟氯氰菊酯对家蝇的毒力及其影响因子研究

摘要: 目的:研究三氟氯氰菊酯对家蝇的毒杀作用,探讨环境因子和化学因子对三氟氯氰菊酯的影响,为该药剂的合理使用提供科学指导。方法:毛细管微量点滴法,密闭圆筒喷雾法。结果:4种杀虫剂对家蝇成虫的LDV50值从小到大的顺序为三氟氯氰菊酯(0.0131μg/蝇)>甲基嘧啶磷(0.9066μg/蝇)>仲丁威(31.58μg/蝇)>敌百虫(54.67μg/蝇);而击倒活性从强到弱的顺序为三氟氯氰菊酯(4.44min)>甲基嘧啶磷(5.17min)>敌百虫(6.08min)>仲丁威(6.17min);增效作用从大到小的顺序为TPP>PB>SV1>氮酮>广效液>DEM>SVV2,其中以TPP和PB对三氟氯氰菊酯的增效作用最明显;三氟氯氰菊酯对家蝇的毒效以18℃处理时最高,LD50为0.0126μg/蝇,分别是24℃和30℃时的2.15倍和3.69倍,表现出负温度效应;吐温-80、斯潘85和复合乳化剂0206能明显提高三氟氯氰菊酯对家蝇的触杀毒力,其增效系数分别为138.19、183.58和125.96,但索帕270对三氟氯氰菊酯的毒力几乎无影响。结论:在生产实践中若将增效剂、表面活性剂与三氟氯氰菊酯以适当的比例进行科学配制,可达到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract: Objective:To study the toxicity and influencing factors of cyhalothrin against housefly Musca domestica.Method:To test it in the laboratory using the topical microapplcation and cylinder spraying technique.Results:It was showed that LCV50 values based upon the decreasing order was cyhalothrin(0.0131μg/fly)>pirimiphosmethyl(0.9066μg/fly)>BPMC(31.58μg/fly)>trichlophon(54.67μg/fly) and KTV50 values was cyhalothrin(4.44 min)> pirimiphosmethyl(5.17min)>trichlophon(6.08 min)>BPMC(6.17 min);Synergistic coefficent(SC) of seven synergists to cyhalothrin was TPP>PB >SVV1>DANTONG>GUANGXIAOYE>DEM>SVV2.Cyhalothrin had a strongest toxicity against adult housefly at the temperature of 18℃,its LDV50 value was 2.15-fold and 3.69-fold at 24℃ and 30℃,respectively,indicating that cyhalothrin was a very effective pyrethroid with a negative temperature effect.Surfactants such as Tween80,Span85 and mixed emulsifier 0206 significantly increased the contact toxicity of cyhalothrin to housefly,their SC was 138.19,183.58 and 125.96,respectively,but sopa 270 had no obvious effect on the toxicity of cyhalothrin.Conclusion:The effectiveness was twice more effective by means of using cyhalothrin together with the sinergist and surfactant.
