摘要: 目的:了解辽宁省德国小蠊6个野外品系对4种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。方法:药膜接触法。结果:6个野外品系对溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯的抗性系数分别在1.91~3.50和1.85~2.75之间;对敌敌畏和残杀威的抗性系数分别在1.79~4.63和1.14~1.65之间。结论:6个野外品系除朝阳品系外皆对溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯产生了不同程度的抗药性;对残杀威尚处敏感水平;大连、辽阳品系对敌敌畏已产生抗药性。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the susceptibility of German cockroach including six field-collected strains to the common pesticides in Liaoning Province.Method:The method of contact with chemical cover was used in this study.Result:The resistance ratios of six field-collected strains to Deltamethrin were between 1.91 and 3.50,to Permethrin were between 1.85 and 2.75,to DDVP were between 1.79 and 4.63 and to Propoxur were between 1.28-1.65.Conclusion:Field-collected strains excepte Chaoyang strain had resistance to Deltamethrin and Permethrin.They are susceptible to Propoxur.Dalian and Liaoyang Strains had resistance to DDVP.
