Abstract: Objective:Studying the reactions for HEV on mice(A),Lagurus lagurus(B),and Meriones meridianus. Methods:Check up Apodemus sylvaticus captured in HEV epidemic area, infect with HEV B and C bred in the laboratory. In the first time, animals A,B and C were injected by the suspension liquid of the dejecta of patient, who has been confirrmed to be infected HEVRNA.In the second time, the rodents were injected by the suspension liquid of the liver of Apodemus sylvaticus and B.It was observed for the clinical characters of all test animals.Result:The clinical characters of the rodents were light but only 20% of B was dispirited and inert and died to 50% after injected in the first time, there were special blood-enxyme characters in all animals.25% of C was found to be positive for HEVRNA.There was pathological reactions in liver tissues(from 30% to 100%).Conclusions:All three species can be infected by HEV,in which laboratory animal model for HEV can be sifted from the species. We must pay attention to their disease spreading function.
