致倦库蚊传播登革病毒可能性的实验研究

摘要: 目的:在实验室通过病毒分离和传播试验,确定致倦库蚊是否能传播登革病毒。方法:1.用大剂量登革Ⅱ型病毒(病毒滴度为10-9~10-10TCID50)同时喂食致倦库蚊和白纹伊蚊,不同时间后用C6/36细胞从蚊体内分离登革病毒。2.用吸食病毒7d后的致倦库蚊和白纹伊蚊攻击小白鼠1d龄乳鼠,两周后取鼠血清进行免疫荧光试验。结果:13d内不同时间均能从白纹伊蚊体内分离出登革病毒,而致倦库蚊在48h以后不能分离到登革病毒,表明登革病毒在致倦库蚊体内已经消失;白纹伊蚊攻击组的小白鼠血清中登革Ⅱ型病毒抗体为阳性,而致倦库蚊攻击组的小白鼠血清中的抗体为阴性,说明致倦库蚊并不能将登革病毒通过刺叮传播给敏感的乳鼠。结论:致倦库蚊不能作为登革病毒的传播媒介。

Abstract: The present paper is the results of the studies of experimental infection and transmission of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus with dengue virus type 2 in laboratory. Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus were fed with artificial blood containing of dengue virus type 2(10-9~10-10TCID50). It could be isolated dengue virus from Ae.albopictus at 1-13 days after feeding. On the other hand, it could not be isolated from Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus after 48 hours of feeding. The female mosquitoes of two species blooded on baby mice, after they had fed the artificial blood for 7 days, serum of mice which were fed by Ae.albopictus were positive to dengue virus with detecting method of IFA after two weeks of feeding, and those of Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus were negative. The results showed that dengue virus could not replicate in the body of Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus, Cx. pipiens quinquefasciatus does not serve as a vector.
