滞留性喷洒技术在蝇类防制中的应用研究

摘要: 目的:观察滞留性喷洒灭蝇技术的灭蝇效果、一年中不同时期采取滞留性喷洒灭蝇的效果和滞留性喷洒与空间喷洒效果及成本比较。方法:在中小饭店、居民区垃圾箱和饲养场采用滞留性喷洒方法灭蝇,以粘蝇纸、捕蝇笼和目测法观察灭蝇效果。结果:在中小饭店、居民区垃圾箱和饲养场采用滞留性喷洒技术灭蝇不仅可以有效降低试验现场的苍蝇密度,灭蝇效果至少可维持1.5个月,而且垃圾箱灭蝇还可以降低周围居民室内的苍蝇数量;在苍蝇繁殖高峰前施用滞留性喷洒,可以取得更佳的灭蝇效果;在获得相同灭蝇效果的情况下滞留性喷洒可以比空间喷洒节省人力和药费。结论:滞留性喷洒是蝇类防制中值得推荐的灭蝇方法。

Abstract: Residual contact insecticides were applied in piggeries, dining halls and trash cans in Shanghai. Monitoring with stick cards, eyeballing and bait traps indicated that application Lenatop(50 mg/m2), Icon(10 mg/m2)、Fendona(40 mg/m2)、K-othrin(20 mg/m2)successfully suppressed flies population density for up to 6 wk. Application of residual contact insecticides in trash cans suppressed flies population density not only in trash cans self but also in resident houses nearby. Application of residual contact insecticides early in peek of flies breeding could drop flies population density more than later, and could be cost saving and laboursaving comparing with space spray.
