摘要: 目的:研究作用机制独特的新型杂环杀虫剂FIPRONIL对蚊、蝇、蠊3种卫生害虫的活性,评价其在卫生害虫防制领域中应用的实际意义。方法:微量点滴法、浸液法、药膜法、密闭圆筒喷雾法。结果:FIPRONIL对淡色库蚊、家蝇及德国小蠊的致死性均优于拟除虫菊酯中的两种代表性杀虫剂氯菊酯和胺菊脂,击倒性则反之。对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC50为0.011 62ppm,对家蝇、德国小蠊的LD50分别为0.003 71、0.003 77μg/虫。结论:FIPRONIL具备对3种卫生害虫的高效毒力及无交互抗性的独特作用机制,值得在公共卫生领域中推广应用。

Abstract: This paper reports the activities of new heteronuclear insecticide FIPRONIL with the special mechanism on three kinds of health pests. The results show that FIPRONIL was superior to two kinds of typical pyrethroid insecticide-permethrin and tetramethrin on the killing activity, the knock-down activity was the converse. The LC50 of larvae of Culex pipiens pallens was 0.011 62 ppm, the LD50 of Musca domestica and Balattella germanica was 0.003 71μg/body and 0.003 77μg/body respectivity. For the reason of high toxic activity on three kinds of health pests and the special action mechanism without resistance each other, it seems need to enlarge its use on the fields of public health.
