溴敌隆、溴杀灵在旅客列车不同车厢的灭鼠效果观察

Observe on Effectiveness of Bromadiolone and Bromethalin in Different Car of Passenger Train

摘要: 目的:比较溴敌隆和溴杀灵对旅客列车不同车厢的灭鼠效果。方法:在车厢四角投放毒饵,用粉块法调查灭鼠前后密度,考核灭效。结果:0.01%溴敌隆在旅客列车上的总灭鼠率为88.2%,软卧和硬座车分别为100%和98.91%,0.02%溴杀灵在旅客列车上的总灭鼠率为38.3%,软卧和硬座车分别为85.71%和54.55%。结论:溴敌隆灭鼠效果优于溴杀灵,在同一列车上软卧和硬座车厢的灭鼠效果优于餐车和硬卧车厢,餐车和硬卧车厢是灭鼠工作的重点。

Abstract: Object: To compare with deratization effectiveness of Bromadiolone and Bromethalin in different car of passenger train. Methord: Poison bait of Bromadiolone and Bromethalin was used for killing rats at foursqure of the car, the population density was determined with powderedspot methord., then the effectiveness of killing rats was checked. Result: In all deratization rate of 0.01% Bromadiolone was 88.2%, the deratization rate of sleeping car softly and seat car were 100% and 98.91% respectively. In all deratization rate of 0.02% Bromethalin was 38.3%, the deratization rate of sleeping railroad car softly and seat car were 85.71% and 54.55% respactively. Conclusion: The deratization rate of Bromediolone was better than Bromethalin. In same a list of train, the effectiveness of killing rate of sleeping car softly and seat car were better than dining car and sleeping car forcedly, and emphases of killing rats with passenger train must be putted dining car and sleeping car forcedly.
