敌鼠钠对大鼠睾丸的毒性作用

摘要: 目的:观察敌鼠钠对大鼠睾丸的毒性作用。方法:以SD雄性大鼠为试验动物,一次性灌胃染毒不同剂量敌鼠钠,7d后取睾丸制作石蜡切片,观察对大鼠睾丸结构的影响;同时对附睾内精子进行活性测试。结果:①敌鼠钠致使活动精子百分率明显下降,特别是1.25和5.0mg/kg体重大鼠的活动精子降到50%以下;②敌鼠钠可使大鼠睾丸的曲细精管管壁萎缩、变形,生精上皮细胞层和精子层厚度明显变薄,精母细胞、精子细胞和精子均有不同程度的损伤。结论:敌鼠钠对大鼠睾丸有一定的损伤作用。

Abstract: Objective: To research diphacine-Na toxicity in testis of rats.Methods:Seven days after oral administration of doses of diphacine-Na,the testis morphology of male rats were examined, meanwhile the rate of active spermatozoa of rats were measured. Results: ①Compared with control group, the rate of active spermatozoa of rats were markedly decreased (P<0.01 and P<0.001) after ig diphacine-Na. ②The morphological examinations indicated that diphacine-Na caused testicular lesion in contrast with that of the control group. Spermatozoa, spermatid and spermatocytes in seminiferous tubules were mainly damaged. Meanwhile the wall of seminiferous tubules became atrophy, deformities and thin obviously. Conclusions: Diphacine-Na has toxicant in testis of rats.
