高原平坝区鼠类传播血吸虫病的作用

摘要: 目的:阐明云南高原平坝区鼠类在日本血吸虫病传播中的作用。方法:按血吸虫病病原学检查常规方法对鼠类、人群及家畜同步进行调查研究。结果:感染率鼠类0.15%(3/1941),人群18.62%(292/1568),牛28.53%(109/382),马属13.88%(29/209),猪6.55%(46/702),其它动物为0;EPG(X)鼠类0.049,人群1.31,牛群0.052,马属0.026,猪群0.018;日排卵量鼠类3.71个,人群196707个,牛群69154个,马属5211个,猪群4733个。结论:经分析,鼠类中黄胸鼠、褐家鼠及斯氏家鼠等是平坝区局部地区日本血吸虫的保虫宿主之一,但在血吸虫病传播作用上并不显得重要,居于极次要的地位,在流行病学上没有太大意义。

Abstract: Our purpose is to explain the role of rodents transmitting S.japonicum in plateau plain area in Yunnan province.According to Schistosomi aetiological routine examination method, We simultaneously made an investigation and study on rodents, human and domestic animals.The rusult was that the infection rate of rodents was 0.15%(3/ 1 941),Human 18.62%(292/ 1 568),Cattle 28.53 %(109/382),Horse genus 13.88 %(29/209),Pigs 6.55 %(46/702),and other animals 0. EPG() of rodents was 0.049, Human 1.31 ,Cattle 0.052 ,Horse genus 0.026 ,pigs 0.018 EPD of rodents in each day was 3.71 , Hunan 196 707 ,Cattle 69 154 , Horse genus 5 211 ,pigs 4 733 .The results showed that R.flavipectus R.norvegicus and R.sladeni of rodents in the plain area belong to one of the preservation parasite's host of Schistosomia transmission role. It belongs to secondary role.It is not signficance in epidemiology.
