2种增效剂对7种杀虫剂杀灭家蝇的增效研究

摘要: 目的:了解氧化胡椒基丁醚(S1)和八氯二丙醚(S2)对常用杀虫剂的增效情况。方法:常规微量点滴法。结果:杀虫剂与增效剂按1∶3加入,S1对4种菊酯增效9.9~21.9倍,S2为3.8~12.2倍;S12为8.4~9.7倍;S1对敌敌畏增效10.8倍,S2为12.1倍。结论:氧化胡椒基丁醚对4种拟除虫菊酯和2种氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂杀灭家蝇的增效作用优于八氯二丙醚。

Abstract: Purpose: To understand the synergism of pyperonyl butoxide (S1) and octachlordipropyl ether (S2) for several insecticides most in use and provide reference bases for practical application.Method:To use housefly as object of experiment,determine the synergism folds by spot drip method.Result: The efficacy of 4 pyrethroids were increased 9.9-21.9 times by adding the synergist S1 in proportion of 1∶3 and 3.8-12.2 times by S2;Carbamate efficacy was increased 21.3-21.7 times by S1 and 8.4-9.7 times by S2;Dichlorovos efficacy was increased 10.8 times by S1 and 12.1 times by S2; Conclusion:The synergism of pyperonyl butoxide for 4 pyrethroids and 2 carbamates against houseflies was better than octachlordipropyl ether.
