实施以疫苗接种为主的综合性防治措施控制肾综合征出血热效果研究

摘要: 目的:探讨以疫苗接种为主的综合性防制措施在控制HFRS高发疫区的应用。方法:以HFRS疫苗接种为主,科学灭鼠和健康教育为辅的综合性防制措施,对周村疫区进行准实验研究,观察干预实验前后年发病率作为综合防制效果的判断依据。结果:16~60岁人群疫苗接种率51.86%,免疫成功率97.6%;室外鼠密度从6%下降到1.67%,室内鼠密度从7.0%下降到4.8%;HFRS防护知识知晓率60%。干预实验前后年发病率从518.13/10万下降到0,病死率从5.3%下降到0。结论:以疫苗接种为主的综合性防制措施适用于HFRS高发疫区,且可取代以灭鼠为主的综合性防制措施的传统模式。

Abstract: Objective:To reseach the employment of the complex prophylactico-control measures which carried out by Vaccine inoculation as the principal thing to control HFRS high epidemic area.Mothods:The complex prophylactico-control measures were carried out at the Zhou Cun village epidemic area tor warrant experimeutal Studies. By HFRS vaccine inoculation as the principal thing;Scientific deratization and heslthy education as the accessory thing.Observing the morbidity rate per year before and after intervened experiment studies were as the judged basis of complex prophylactico-control effect.Results:The vaccine inoculatory rate in the crowd form sixteen to sixty was 51.86%.Immune cucceed rate was 97.6%.The mouse density of outdoor was declined form 6% to 1.67%,the indoor of that was declined form 7.0% to 4.8%.The knowing rate of the defensive knowledge of HFRS healthy education was 60%. Mobidity per years before and after intervened experiment was declined from 518.13/100 000 to 0. Mordility was declined from 5.3% to 0. Conclusion:The measures of complex prophylactico-control, which carried out by vaccine inoculation, as the principal thing to control HFRS high epidemic area.,Subsfitute for the traditional model of that carried out by deratization as the principal thing.
