河北省城市蜚蠊对5种杀虫剂的抗性测定

摘要: 目的:监测河北省城市蜚蠊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性。方法:采用WHO推荐的测定德国小蠊对杀虫剂敏感性的标准方法。结果:德国小蠊对5种常用杀虫剂的KT50值范围为17.71~53.27min,R/S值范围为1.96~9.96。结论:本省城市蜚蠊对常用的5种杀虫剂都已程度不同地产生了抗药性,溴氰菊酯对德国小蠊的KT50值和R/S值最低,残杀威R/S值次之,在药物灭蟑工作中可考虑选用。

Abstract: This paper reports the sensitivity of B.germanica from five Hebei cities to deltamethrin, cypermethrin,permethrin,propoxur and DDVp. These pesticides are commonly used in the Province. The WHO-suggested pesticide membrane method was applied in the investigation. The results show that B.germanica in the Province had resistance to all five pesticides in varying degrees. The sensitivity order is: deltamethrin>propoxur>cypermethrin>permethrin>DDVp.
