广东省部分地区登革热监测分析

Epidemiological Surveillance of Dengue Fever in Guangdong Province

摘要: 目的:加强广东省登革热的监测,防止该病的大流行。方法:收集发烧可疑患者的血标本及蚊子标本作病原分离,并进一步用RT-PCR鉴定;采集监测点健康人血标本,应用间接免疫荧光试验作抗体水平调查。结果:在佛山、沙湾、坪石3个监测点收集的发热待查患者和蚊媒标本,均未分离出登革病毒。蚊媒监测结果表明:布雷图指数大大超过有效控制指标5;全年大部分时间布雷图指数均超过20以上;血清学调查表明:健康人群抗体水平逐年下降。结论:存在登革热暴发流行的潜在危险。

Abstract: The epidemiological surveillance of dengue fever was carried out in parts of Guangdong province from Apr 1996 to Dec 1997. It may help to predict early the prevalence of dengue fever and to prevent its spreading.Three districts: Foshan city , Shawang town and the town of Pingshi where dengue fever once happened.Dengue virus was not found through isolation from both the sera of unknown feverish patient's and the Mosquito pools. But, as for mosquitoes, the Breteau index was highly above the effective control limit which is 5.As for seroepidemiology, the dengue antibody level of the healthy mass was decreasing with time. In Pingshi town the local dengue antibody level was even close to zero. So there exist the potential danger of the outbreak of dengue fever.
