Abstract: Ojective:To explore the relation between the rat catching rate of the night trapping method and the positive rate of the rat trace board method. Method:First use the rat trace board method,and then use the night trapping method.Result:The rat catching rate of the night trapping method was positively correlated with the positive rate of the rat trace board method (r=0.8926),deducing,from the rat catching rate of the night trapping method,the linear regression equation of the positive rate of the rat trace board method(Y=14.8717+3.6878x);deducing,from the positive rate of the rat trace board method,the linear regression equation of the rat catching rate of the night trapping method(X=0.2161Y-1.3130).Conclusion:It was of great significance in the evaluation of deratization effect,the surveillance of rat density and the setting of deratization criteria.
