Abstract: Inquiry of Blattella germanica infestation in CSN Boeing passenger aircraft and the effect of prevention and control by chemicals.Method:To investigate the degree of Blattella germanica infestation using chemicals to irritate Blattella germanica . Check the density of Blattella germanica by stickcatch method before and after spraying the insecticide.Observe the effect of the insecticide in prevention and control of Blattella germanica . Result:Of 25 Boeing aircrafts of 4 a/c types involved in the investigation,21 were infested with Blattella germanica.The infestation rate was 84%.The infested area included cockpit,cabin,galley and cargopet.Spraying 12.5% Responsar,the killing rate of Blattella germainca was 90%in 24hrs.Conclusion:CSN Boeing fleet are infested by Blattella germanica.Responsar is the effective chemicals to prevent and control the infestation at the present time.
