南昌市致乏库蚊抗药性及防制对策研究

摘要: 目的:了解南昌市致乏库蚊对12种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,制定防制对策。方法:浸渍法。结果:致乏库蚊对敌敌畏、敌百虫和溴氰菊酯产生高度抗性;对三氯杀虫酯抗性上升趋势明显;对丙体六六六和杀螟松呈现敏感。与浙江敏感品系比较,仲丁威、残杀威抗性不明显;拟除虫菊酯种类出现不同程度抗性。结论:抗药性产生与用药时间、用药量和使用频度有关。杀螟松与敌敌畏、敌百虫不存在交互抗性,可作为替换品种。灭蚊达标应采取环境治理措施,重点清除蚊虫滋生场所,辅之以杀灭幼虫,合理使用化学杀虫剂,停用敌敌畏,控制使用拟除虫菊酯,重视推广应用生物杀虫剂。

Abstract: The paper reports the resistance of C.fatigans to several insecticides and control strategy in Nanchang area. The resistance of C.fatigans to deltamethrin, dichlorovos and trichlorphon had high levels, the resistance to acetophenate tended upwards obviously, ambrocide and fenitrothion were sensitive to C.fatigans. The resistance was closely related to the quantity and the frequency to be used of insecticide. There was not cross-resistance in fenitrothion and dichlorovos, trichlorophon, so it can be used instead of these insecticides that C.fatigans have developmented resistance to. Treatment measures of surroundings were suggested for eliminating mosquitoes. The major measure is to clean C.fatigans breeding place, the secondary method is to eliminate wigglers.
