抗溴氰菊酯淡色库蚊对15种常用杀虫剂的敏感性

摘要: 目的:为合理利用现有杀虫剂资源,测定了抗溴氰菊酯淡色库蚊对15种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。方法:采用幼虫浸液法,以Finney机率分析软件计算LC50。结果:对DDT、丙体六六六、DDVP、敌百虫、辛硫磷、马拉硫磷、杀螟松、二氧威、残杀威、巴沙、氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、丙烯菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯和苄呋菊酯的抗性系数分别为6.80、8.92、0.90、1.18、0.96、1.29、1.20、1.60、2.27、1.51、20.89、23.14、12.45、58.71和36.62。结论:当淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯产生抗性后,宜换用或混用有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂。

Abstract: Aim: Susceptibility to 15 insecticides of deltamethrin-resistant Culex pipiens pallens was determined to utilize the existing insecticides reasonably. Method: Larva soaking method was used. Results: The mosquito's resistant ratioes to DDT、BHC、DDVP、trichlorphon、phoxim、malathion、fenitrothion、dioxacarb、propoxur、BPMC、cypermethrin、allethrin、phenothrin and resmethrin were respectively 6.80,8.92, 0.90, 1.18, 0 96, 1.29, 1.20, 1 60, 2.27, 1.51, 20.89, 23.14, 12.45, 58.71 and 36.62. Conclusion: If the mosquito yields resistance to deltamethrin, exchange or mix use of organophosphate or carbamate insecticides may be a better method.
