摘要: 目的:了解新疆南部3市家蝇对化学杀虫剂的抗药性基数和现状。方法:采用常规微量点滴法。结果:家蝇对拟除虫菊酯类的抗性较高,仅和田市家蝇对二氯苯醚菊酯处在中等抗性;对敌敌畏抗性水平较高,地区间差异不大,发展趋势较为平缓。结论:加强监测和技术指导,综合治理、合理用药,延缓家蝇抗性的发展。

Abstract: AIM:To find out the cardinal numbers and current insecticide resistance of house fly in different regions of Southern Xinjiang. METHOD: The resistant degrees of house fly were determined by micro-drop way. RESULT:There were a high resistance level to pyrethroid in all cities, and medium resistance to permethrin only in Hetian city. The resistance to DDVP remained still serious, and no difference in tree cities The developing trend was gentle CONCLUSION: Based on examining the resistant dynamics of housefly, it is expected to postpone the resistance development by providing technological direction, comprehensive control, and mixing and using insecticides reasonably.
