云南不同地理株微小按蚊实验室饲养观察

摘要: 目的:实验室饲养繁殖微小按蚊。方法:群体及单管饲养。结果:在25~27℃、相对湿度72%~80%、每日光照12小时的实验室条件下,各地株微小按蚊的孵化率、化蛹率和羽化率,群养分别为90.15%、53.24%、97.20%,单管饲养分别为58.82%~98.98%、10.20%~86.89%、66.67%~100.00%。成虫前期各阶段发育平均时间,群养及单管卵期均为2天,幼虫期、蛹期分别为12~19.5天、1.58~1.85天。各地株成虫生殖营养周期平均为3.5天。雌雄蚊平均寿命分别为24.25天、19.78天。结论:各地株繁殖率及成虫前期发育时间均存在不同程度的差异。

Abstract: From 1992-1997, different geographical strains of An.minimus from Yunnan have been observed in laboratory (temperature: 25-27 degree centigrade; humidity: 72%-80%; illumination: 12h/d) by simple and colony rearing. The hatching rates of the colony, pupae rates and emergency rates were 90.15%, 53.24% and 97.20%, respectively; Those of the single 58.82%-98.90%, 10.2%-86.89% and 66.67% -100%,respectively. The average period of pre-mature stage of adult were egg: 2d, pupae: 1.58-1.85d, larvae: 12-19.5d. The reproductive rates and the period of growth of pre-mature stage were different in these strains from different geographical zone. The average cycle of reproductive nutrition was 3.5d. The average life-span was 24.25d in female and 19.78d in male.
