摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探寻有效防制抗性家蝇的药物。方法：用正交试验优选组合法筛选出最佳配方，用微量点滴法测定灭害净与单独使用击倒剂＋致死剂＋增效剂的复配剂对家蝇的LD₅₀。结果：灭害净与各简单复配剂的共毒系数为410．6。结论：该制剂有显著的增效作用

Abstract: Purpose:In order to strengthen the work of killing flies in urban area,research pesticide of killing resistance housefly.Method:Utilizing orthogonal test and optimum seeking and composing method,screen optimum formula.Use microdrop way to determine LD₅₀ of MieHaiJing and complexing agent of downing agent,lethal agent and synergist that was used alone.Result:It was proved that whole toxicity coefficient of MieHaiJing and each simple complexing agent be 410.6.This means the synergism is notable.
