多斑按蚊实验室饲养的生物学研究

Biological Study on An.maculatus Raised in Laboratory

摘要: 目的:观察多斑按蚊的生物学特征。方法:该蚊从野外引进实验室,经过人工交配使其传代繁殖,建立了实验室品系,并对卵、幼虫、蛹、成蚊进行了有关生物学研究。结果:卵孵化率平均61.07%,蛹化率平均95.72%,羽化率平均77.76%,幼虫各期平均成活率均在90%以上。人工交配19次,雌雄之比平均为1.57∶1,平均吸血率为18.59%~50.82%,成蚊前期发育时间平均为14.26天,成蚊寿命(平均成活天数)雌蚊49天,雄蚊43.8天。结论:上述结果为深入研究该蚊的生物学特征,提供了资料与依据。

Abstract: An.maculatus is a compound group which is a prevailing mosquito in semimountain area and mountain area of Yunnan.The mosquito's number is about 42.68% in the total number of Anopheles.It is sensitive to all kind of malaria parasites,especially to P.cynomolgi.The sensitivity is nearly on an equality with An.stephensi.So An.maculatus is one of the most ideal vector in malaria study.In order to provide the important reference material for malaria study,from 1991 to 1993,we imported An.maculatus to laboratory from the field and established the strain in laboratory.We also carried out the biological study of An.macularus from egg to adult mosquito.The results showed that the average hatching rate of egg was 61.07%.The average hatching rate of pupa was 95.72%.The average eclosion rate of adult was 77.76%.The average living rate of larva in every stage was more than 90%.The mosquito was mated 19 times and the proportion of female mosquito and male mosquito was 1.57∶1.The average drawing blood rate was 18.59~50.82%.The growth time of earlier stage adult was 14.26d.The average living time of adult was 49d to females and 43.8d to males.
