Abstract: Under the equal condition,the adaptation of proper strategy and appropriate methods is the key to the success in the mosquito control.In this respect,the integrated management is the strategy to be encouraged and following points are suggested for the choice of control methods:(1) the safety,effectiveness,economy and feasibility are the principal factors to be considered forthis purpose: (2) the method or methods selected must be on the bases of the aim and requirementof the control and the bionomics of the target mosquito; (3) an adequate knowledge of the specificproperty and function of the particular method is indispensable for the subject.
