Abstract: On the one year after the whole course inoculation by the vaccine against HFRS, the same tyPe vaccine was inoculated by boost of single injection.The number of the fort inoculati0n: the tyPe Ⅰvaccine 4052 in Denghai county, type Ⅱvaccine 4407 in Ganyu county and 6554 in Dengxin faon the two weeks after the hat inoculation, fluorescent antibody positive rate and GMT were 72.73%, 14.14 and 75.00%, 11.85 in the boost persons inoculated by the type Ⅰand type Ⅱvaccine,respectively, neutralizing antithey positive rate and GMT were 54.55%, 6.67 and 60%, 9.44 in the boot persons inoculated by the type Ⅰand type Ⅱ vaccine, respectively.By the one year after the bot inoculation, the protective rate of the type Ⅱ vaccine was 75.00%, by the two years after whole course inoculation, the average protective rate were 65.52% and 94.24% in the mass inoculated by the type Ⅰand the type Ⅱvaccine, respectively.By the one year after the boost inoculation the fluorescent antibcxly POSitive rate were 40.00% and 10.34% in the mass inoculated by the tyPe Ⅰand the type Ⅱvaccine,respectively, the neutralizing antithey positive rate were 35.00% and 53.85% in the mass inoculated by the type Ⅰand the type Ⅱvaccine, respectively.
