垃圾容器蝇类滋生及其药物控制的研究

摘要: 目的:了解垃圾容器内垃圾残渣的蝇类滋生情况,探讨控制蝇蛆的有效措施。方法:采用目测法,观察活蛆存在情况,进行分类鉴定;采用化学防制方法,观察控制效果。结果:垃圾桶内的垃圾残渣中普遍有蝇幼虫滋生,平均滋生率79.19%;其中残渣厚度在3cm以上的,滋生率高达86.53%;优势蝇种为家蝇,占74.80%。采用降低杀虫剂使用浓度与增加使用量,并保持有效成分含量不变的处理方法,能显著提高杀灭蝇蛆的效果;经马拉硫磷、凯素灵、氯菊酯和氯菊酯与马拉硫磷混合液等4组药物的灭效试验,认为氯菊酯(0.02%)与马拉硫磷(0.15%)混合液对控制垃圾残渣内的蝇类滋生,具有较理想的效果。结论:垃圾日产日清后,垃圾容器内的垃圾残渣成为蝇类主要滋生场所,应列为防制的重点。

Abstract: This paper reported the result of the fly breeding and its control with insecticides in the remnant rubbish in rubbish bins.After the rubbish being transpoted in the same day, the remnant rubbish in rubbish bins is the important fly breeding place.When the density of insecticides was reduced, the quantity of insecticides was relevant increased, but the content of insecticides was the same as before.the killing efficacy eqainst the larvae in the remnant rubbish bins was raied by a big margin.According to the efficacy tests of four insecticides against the larvae in the remnant rubbish in rubbish bins, the fomulation of 0.02%permethrin and 0.15% malathion gave a good efficacy.
