Abstract: Helina subcalceataeformis sp.nov.(figs.1-3)Male: Body length 6.0 - 7.0mm.Except the gena slightly less than one-fourth of the eye height, thorax with greyish white pollen in extemal feature, the others almost the same as those of the Helina calceataeformis (Schnabl, 1911), but different from the latter by terminalia (figs 2, 3) that basal half of cerci very wide, at apical half rapidly narrowed in posterior view, the end finger-like in lateral view; surstyli with numerous setulae in lateral view.Female: Unknown.Holotype♂, Lingyuan (Dahebei, Mt.Nandashan, 1 256.6m), Liaoning, 6.July.1993, collected by Zhang Lian-fu, paratypes 2♂♂, same as holotype.All types are deposited in Chaoyang Health and Anti-Epidemic Station.
