高原灰尾兔骨髓红系细胞费莱特直径研究

Study on the Feret's Diameters of Marrow Red Cells of Lepus oiostolus

摘要: 本文应用Feret's直径研究方法,对栖息于果洛草原的灰尾兔骨髓各级红系细胞电镜照片进行了测量研究。结果表明:这种世居高原的灰尾兔骨髓原红细胞、早幼红细胞、中幼红细胞的平均直径,均大于平原地区家兔,而晚幼红细胞的平均直径小于平原地区家兔。移居高原8周家兔骨髓的原红细胞平均直径明显大于灰尾兔和平原家兔。高原灰尾兔骨髓各级红细胞的平均直径分别是:原红细胞为12.73±1.12μm,早幼红细胞为10.17±1.74μm,中幼红细胞为7.93±2.47μm,晚幼红细胞为4.20±0.40μm。结果提示:灰尾兔骨髓内愈幼稚的细胞直径愈大,在成熟过程中直径变小的幅度逐渐加快,此现象在中幼红细胞发育成晚幼红细胞时最为明显。

Abstract: We have measured the diameters of marrow red cells of Lepus oiostolus under elec tronmicros-cope which lived in GuoLuo grass-lands. The results showed that, the average diameters of proerythroblast, early erythroblast, media erythroblast of this Lepus oiostolus were larger than those of plain rabhits. The average diameters of the proergthroblast of the rabhits which immigratted to plateau for eight weeks were apparent larger than those of Lepus oiotolus and plain rabbits. The diameters of every period of red cells of Lepus oiostolus: proerythroblast was 12.73 ± 1.12um; early erythroblast was 10.17 ±1.74um;mediate erythroblast was 7.93 ± 2.47um;late erythroblast was 4.20 ± 0.46um. The results revealed that marrow cells were younger, the diameters were larger. During erythrogenisis, the degree of decreased diameters became large. This phenominia was more apparent at the mature peried of mediate erythroblast or late erythroblast.
