摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文首次报告海南省从本土2～3月龄羊羔血清中检出克里米亚─刚果出血热（ccHF）病毒IgG抗体，阳性率1.08%（2/186）；人和其它动物未检出阳性。表明海南省低山丘陵地带的澄迈县永发镇、儋州市峨蔓乡存在着ccHF的自然疫源地。

Abstract: It was firstly reported that IgG antibody against CCHF virus was found in the local 2～3 monthes lambs serum of Hainan Province,the Positive rate was1.08% (2/186); but it was not found in People and other animals, The result showed that Yongfa Town of Chengmai County and Eman County of Danzhou City in the low mountains and hilly land of Hainan Province existed the natural epidemic area of CCHF. We think that health education should be extensively popularized, the diagnosis level should be enhanced and the report and management of epidemic situation also should be strengthened.
