曲阜孔林黑线仓鼠种群调节机理的研究

摘要: 1994年3月至1995年1月,对世界最大的人造园林之──曲阜孔林中黑线仓鼠种群密度的调节机理进行了初步研究,共获标本221只(幼体组12只,亚成体组31只,成体Ⅰ组84只,成体Ⅱ组87只,老体组7只)。通过显微和组织化学手段及体视学方法,主要从肾上腺的结构变化特点,揭示了曲阜孔林黑线仓鼠的种群变化规律。结果表明:肾上腺皮质体积密度与种群密度呈正相关(y=0.72x-0.0038,r=0.9171,P<0.01)。进一步分析肾上腺皮质变化对种群数量波动的调节作用和机理,不仅为黑线仓鼠肾上腺结构的形态学研究提供了定量指标,更重要的是为曲阜孔林黑线仓鼠种群数量预测预报的种群生态学提供了较为翔实的资料和依据。

Abstract: In this paper, the self-regulation mechanism of Striped Hamster (Cricetulus barabensis) in Qufu Konglin were expound by micrometrical, histochemical and stereological method, The results were summarized as follows: (1). In the population of Striped Hamster, the adrenal gland cortex volume fraction in both sexes of the same age group did not differ significantly (t=0.0279< t0.05). (2).The adrenal gland weight was positively correlated with the population density, but the correlation was not significant (r=0.2681.P>0.05).(3). The regressive equation between population density and volume fraction of cortex in adrenal gland was y=0.72x-0.0038,and the correlation coefficient was significant (r=0.9171,P< 0.01). (4). The cortex volume fraction of adrenal gland may regarded as index in predicting the changing trends of population density.
