灭蚤灵的灭蚤效果和毒力研究

摘要: 本实验采用强迫接触法和毒理学实验,对灭蚤灵水剂灭蚤效果和毒理进行了研究。灭蚤灵水剂用原液和稀释为2、5、10、20倍的液体涂于不同模拟材料上,观察灭蚤效果。在光滑的玻璃板上,以1ml/100cm2 20倍的液体处理较为经济,对蚤的KT50为2.27min,5min击倒率为100%,24h死亡率为100%;在砖面上,由于吸水性强,药损耗量大,以3ml/100cm2 2倍的液体处理为佳,对蚤的KT50为3.29min,7.5min击倒率为100%,24h死亡率为100%。急性毒力实验结果表明,灭蚤灵对大白鼠经口的LD50为2330mg/kg体重,为低毒。

Abstract: The experiments had studied the effect of Xenopsylla cheopis and the toxicity of Mie Zao Ling. Its original and diluted concentration of 2,5, 10, 20times, liquid were sprayed on different quality surfaces. When the insecticide was diluted 20 times with water and sprayed in the dose of 1ml/100cm2 on glass, the KT50 for Xenopsylla cheopis was 2.27min.the rate of knock down was 100 % in 5 min. and the rate of death was 100 % in 24 hours. when it was diluted twice with water and sprayed in the dose of 3ml/100cm2 on bricks, the KT50 was 3. 29min. the rate of knock down was 100% in 7. 5min. and the rate of death was 100% in 24 hours for Xenopsylla cheopis. The toxic experiments showed that the acute oral toxicity(LD50) to while rats was 2330mg/kg.
