摘要: 本文报道了在实验室条件下,经Na125Ⅰ标记后的小白鼠作为供血动物,测定印鼠客蚤在极端温度下吸血活动规律。结果表明:40℃时接近其耐受的极限高温;在低温条件下雌蚤吸血量随温度降低而下降,雄蚤则不明显,表明雄蚤对温度的耐受性较高;各温度级的吸血率差异明显,以10℃组最高,5℃组最低。在同等实验条件下,雌蚤平均吸血量大于雄蚤,且与温度呈正相关.

Abstract: The blood sucking activity of Xenopsylla cheopis at high and low temperatures was determined with 125Ⅰlabelled method on the host of white mice under laboratory conditions. The result showed that 40Ⅰ and 5℃ were the extremely living temperatures of Xenopsylla cheopis, at which the blood-suching activity became weakness,especially for the females. At lower temperature,5℃~15℃, the blood-sucking rate was highest at 10℃ and lowest at 5℃. The blood-sucking capacity of the females reduced obviously as the droping of temperature, but no significant difference for that of the males.
