Abstract: This paper reported the comparative study on four kinds of investigating methods for rodent population density,powdered-spot,bait expending,clip-trap capture as well as cagetrap capture.Correlation and regression analysis were engaged between the data obtained by different methods.There were great difference among different methods for determining the killing efficiency of rodenticide,which would be in verse proportion to the susceptibility of the investigating method.The repercussions of domestic rodents to the long-term traping and the suitability for different investigating methods was also discussed.
