摘要: 本文报道球形芽孢杆菌C3-41菌株毒蛋白的生物合成的检测结果。对C3-41菌株不同发育阶段发酵液的毒蛋白量进行了酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA),并用生物测定方法检测了发酵液杀蚊毒性,证明其毒蛋白合成量与该菌芽孢的发育和形成密切相关,同时揭示了ELISA测出的毒蛋白量与生物测定所示的杀蚊毒力具有很高的符合率。

Abstract: The toxic proteins in the cultures of Bacillus sphaericus C3-41 were detected by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)and the larvicidal potencies of the liguid cultures were also calculated by bioassay.The results showed that synthesis of toxic proteins of Bacillus sphaericus C3-41 was related to the formation of spores.It was found out that toxic protein quantity detected by ELISA conformed to larvicidal potency calculated by bioassay.
