杀虫剂对家蝇线粒体ATP酶活性影响的研究

摘要: 本文观察了有机磷和拟除虫菊酯两类杀虫剂对家蝇飞翔肌线粒体能量偶联ATP酶(OS-Mg2+-ATPase)活性的影响。实验结果表明:不同有机磷和拟除虫菊酯对OS-Mg2+-ATPase活性的抑制能力存在差异。马拉硫磷、辛硫磷和乙酰甲胺磷在所测浓度范围内不同程度地抑制ATPase活性,而倍硫磷则激活ATPase活性;4种拟除虫菊酯对ATPase抑制能力的顺序是:氰戊菊酯>氯氰菊酯>溴氰菊酯>氯菊酯。有机磷和拟除虫菊酯在不同温度下对ATPase活性的抑制也不相同,即马拉硫磷和辛硫磷呈现正温度效应,而氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯则呈现负温度效应。

Abstract: This present paper dealt with the effects of organophosphates and pyreth roids on the mitoichondrial energy linked (Os-ligomycin-Sensitive Mg2+) ATPase from housefly flight muscles.The results showed that the ability of inhibition to OSMg-ATPase varied with the different structures of organophosphates and pyrethroids.Malathion, Phoxia and Acephate inhibited ATPase activity,but Fenthion was probably as an uncoupler and stimulate ATPase so that ATP hydrolysis was increased.The pyrethroids with the a-cyano group were much stronger to inhibit ATPase activity than the pyrethroids without the a-cyano group.The order of inhibition was as follows:Fenvalerate>Cypermethrin>Deltamethrin>Permethrin.The differences of organophosphates and pyrethroids to inhibit ATPase activity depended on temperatures.ATPase was more sensitive to Malathion and Phoxim at Ligher temperature,than at lower temperature,thus showing a positive temperature effect.In contrast.inhibition by permethrin and delamethrin showed a negative temperature effect.
