摘要: 应用垂直板状SDS─聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析致倦库蚊和白纹伊蚊Ⅲ龄、Ⅳ龄幼虫和雌、雄蛹各期血淋巴蛋白带谱。各期蛋白带数,致倦库蚊分别为13、22、15、14条,白纹伊蚊为15、12、22、23条。两种蚊的整个幼虫期或各相同幼虫期间均有相同的蛋白带和分子量,也有明显不同的主带与分子量。

Abstract: The changes of protein composition of hemolymph of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus (Say,1823)and Aedes albopictus(Skuse,1849)in their larval and pupal stages were studied with SDS-PAGE.there are 13,22,15,14 and 15,12,22,23.protein bands In the hemolymph of 3-4 insta larvaesas well as female and male pupaes respectively,Among their larval and pupal stages or every stage there are the same protein bands and molecular weights the different major protein bands and molecular weights also and there exsiting.
