抗二二三淡色库蚊幼虫对化学杀虫药剂交互抗性的研究

摘要: 用抗二二三506倍以上的淡色库蚊品系,对有机氯、有机磷、氨基甲酸酯及拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂共14种药物进行交叉抗性的生物测定。结果表明,与六六六、敌百虫、杀螟硫磷、仲丁威。残杀成均未发现明显的交互抗性:而与9种拟除虫菊酯类药物则均产生不同程度的交互抗性,其中速灭灵较原P代品系高130.04倍,杀灭菊酯增加79.59倍,二氯苯醚菊酯增加66.6倍。提示以往曾用二二三作为主要杀虫药剂并已产生抗性的地区,今后在选用以拟除虫菊酯类作为当地替代药剂时,应有选择地注意用药品种及数量。同时分析了不同种类杀虫剂产生交互抗性的不同原因及有关机理。

Abstract: Cross-resistances of DDT resistant larvae of Culex pipiens pallens to 14 kinds of organochlorines.organophospbates,Carbamates and pyrethroids was tested in the laboratory.The resistance of this strain of resisting DDT was above 506 times than that of the susceptible strain。Results shown that the cross-resistances to BHC,Dipterex,Fenitrothion,BPMC and Propoxur were not obvious,and the cross-resistance to 9 kinds of pyrethroid were in different degrees.The cross-resistance to sumithrin,fenvalerate,and permethrin was 130.04 times,79.59 times and 66.60 times than that of P generation,The results also implied that the kind and concentration of Pyrethroid should carefully chosen foruse in the regions where DDT had been used mostly and the resistance happened,The causes of cross-resistance to these insecticdes were discussed。
