二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种对高温耐受能力的实验观察

摘要: 1987~1988年,在实验室内观察了二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种在高温下的表现状态和死亡时间。证明后者对高温的耐受能力强于前者,繁殖蚤强于新羽化蚤,但雄、雌蚤对高温的耐受能力接近相等,饱血蚤与饥饿蚤亦无大差别。

Abstract: During 1987 and 1988, laboratory observations were made on the fleas Neopsylla bidentatiformis (Wagner, 1893) and Cirellophilus tesquorum sungaris (Jordan, 1929)with respect to their heat tolerant capacity. It was noted that the latter species is more tolerant to heat than the former, old flea is more heat tolerant than newly emerged flea. It was also found that no difference exists between male and female fleas, nor between fully-fed and starved fleas.
