应用圆形分布研究流行性出血热人群发病与褐家鼠带病毒率的关系

摘要: 家鼠型流行性出血热(EHF)的流行与家鼠带病毒率的消长呈季节性、周期性波动。通过圆形方法处理后,EHF的发病高峰在3月29日;家鼠带病毒率高峰在3月8日,比EHF发病高峰提前3周。80%EHF病例发生在1月17日至6月12日;80%带病毒鼠分布在前一年的11月25日至当年6月22日,且鼠带病毒率的80%分布范围亦比EHF发病率范围提前1个月。从高峰日期和分布情况显示,褐家鼠带病毒率高低是EHF发病季节高峰形成的主要因素之一。

Abstract: The prevaiaoce of EHF in domestic rodent typehave closelly associated with seasonal and periodic flucfuation of infection rate in house rodent. By means of circular distribution in statistics analysis the result from survey, which the peak of EHF prevalance in human is on 29, March, and the peak of virus carrier rate is on 8, March were found out. The latter is three weeks as early as prevalance in human population. 80 percent of the cases were affected between on 17, January and 28, Jonember the year. 80 percent of the virus carrier rodent distributed between on 25, November in the last year and on 22, June in that year. Therefore, the carrier rate and the range of its distribution in rodents were one of the major factors to impact to the peak of prevalance inn human EHF.
