高灭灵对蚊、蝇和蟑螂毒杀作用的研究

摘要: 本文系统地报道了新型杀虫剂高灭灵可湿性粉剂对蚊、蝇和蟑螂的药效。实验室试验结果表明,高灭灵对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC50为0.00092ppm;其对家蝇雌、雄虫的LD50分别为0.000084和0.000039μg/虫:其对德国小蠊雌、雄虫的LD50分别为0.0266和0.0110μg/虫;其对蚊、蝇和蟑螂在三种载体表面具有相当长的残留药效。现场按30mg/m2处理90天后,对蚊、蝇的RPI值分别为6.1和9.4;KT50分别为19.6和9.8min;上述剂量处理3~30天后,蟑螂密度下降率为100%。

Abstract: The present paper reports the deadly poisonous effect of Gaomieling wettable powder formula on mosquito, fly and cockroach. The experiments were conducted in laboratory indicated that (1)The LC50 of the formula was 0.00092 ppm to the larva of Culex pipiens pallens. (2)Its LD50 to female and malo of Musca domestica Were 0.000084 and 0.000039 μg/insect. (3)Its LD50 to female and male of Blattella germanica were 0.0256 and 0.0110ug/insect. Being used in 3 kinds of carrier to control mosquito, fly and cockroach, the residual efficacy of the formula was better than that of Fendona. The results of field trials showed that the RPIs were 6.1 and 9.4, KT50 19.6 and 9.8 minutes inthe controlling of mosquito and fly respectively after being treated in the does of 30mg/m2 for 90 days and the population density of cockroach reducedfor 100% after treatment in the same does for 3-90 days.
