淡色库蚊越冬过程中体重、含水量及脂、蛋白质、碳水化合物含量的动态变化

摘要: 郑州地区淡色库蚊越冬过程中,10~12月份单个蚊虫体重显著增加,以后逐渐下降。体液系数在11~1月份显著降低,以后明显升高。单个蚊虫及血淋巴内脂、蛋白及碳水化合物的动态变化,揭示了越冬过程中蚊虫体内代谢物质的蓄积与消耗过程。花蜜糖定性试验提示,越冬前期(9~10月份)蚊虫摄取大鼠植物糖类。本文结合蚊虫越冬的生理生态学,对上述指标的动态变化进行了分析讨论。

Abstract: The body weight per female(blood-meal, sella 1, Ovary stage. ≤Christophers Ⅱ) increased significantly from Ozt.to Dec, and decreased progressively afterward during hibernation. The body fluid coefficient [(fresh weight-dry weight)/fresh weight] reduced sighificantly from Nov. to Jan. and went up evidently during Feb. and March. Dynamic variations of lipids, proteins and carbohydrates in the whole body and hemolymph implied the course of substance storage and consumption during hibernation. The test of nectar qualitation pointed out that the mosquito took up a lot of carbohydrate from plant during pre-hibernation (Sep~Oct). The results mentioned above were discussed according to the hibernation eeophysiology of Culex pipiens pallens.
