不同养殖条件对德国小蠊生长发育综合影响的研究

摘要: 为了确立德国小蠊养殖的最适条件,寻找出影响其养殖指标的主要因素,并选出各因素的最佳组合,确定该虫养殖的最优条件,从而为规格化养殖提供依据,本试验运用正交设计方差分析法,观察了四个因素(温度、湿度、密度、饲料),每个因素三个水平,观察在综合条件下养殖德国小蠊的生长发育情况。实验结果表明,养殖的最优条件组合为温度28℃,湿度50~75%,密度0.5只/cm2,饲料为复配块料(85%豚鼠料粉:5%白糖:5%肝粉:5%酵母粉)。在此条件下,德国小蠊若虫期可较快速发育,世代周期较短,雄虫体重较大,具有较高的繁殖力。

Abstract: The comprehensive influence of temperture, humidity, density and feed on the development of Blottella germanica was studied by the method of orthogonal design analysis of variance in the labortary. The results showed that its optimum conditions are 28℃, 50-75 RH., 0.5/cm2 and the optimum constituent of the feed is the mixture of 85% guinea pig feed powder, 5% sugar, 5% liver powder and 5% yeast powder. Under the optimum conditions the cockroaches grow quickly, the life cycle is shorter, the weight of male adults is larger and the rate of reproduction is very higher.
