Abstract: It is show thatthe Stratagem Bait (WL-108366)is very palatable for Rattus norvigicus. The coefficient of intaking baits for them is 1.17, the rate of killing effect is 95%, under laboratory condition. The dea period of poisoning rats is about 2-8days after given poison Bait. All of them revealed hemorrhagic pathologic lesion by autopsy. In the their highest density period of time the test was conducted on interval and limited methcds given baits with 0.9% of stratagem bait, and with 0.2% of Diphacin-Na baits in the field, the result shown that both of them had achieved same killing effects. In the stratagem bait test aera the consumption of poison bait is 48.7g per household in average, and 385.0g per house-hold in average for Diphacin-Na.Therefore, the former is more economic and lesser dosage than the latter, or using the stratagem bait is more save on crops for bait.It is very priority to.Diphaciu-Na for controlling domestic Rodents
