Abstract: The authors are very appreciate that Dr.D.M.Ackland and Dr.M.Suwa contributed a series of papers in studying on the genus Anthomyia. In present paper the authors establish following 2 new species herewith. The type specimens are kept in Shanghai Institute of Entomology, Academia Sinica.1. Anthomyia lasiommata sp. nov. (fig.1): ♂Body length 5.5 mm. Present new species closely related to the Burmese species Anthomyin malaisei Aekland, 1987, however, of the latter, prescutum with a black median vitta between a pair of large black markings, which are joined posteriorly with the black band on postscutum, so that leaving a pair of dusted positive and negetive "L" marks paramedianly, and scutellum with an apical dusted spot. Whereas in present new species, the prescutum is lacking in such a black median vitta and the paired large black markings are joined with each other at the anterior margin medianly, but being not fused with the black postscutal band anywhere, so that leaving a handwriting "W" dusted marking on the prescutum. Seutellum wholly black in dorsal view.Holotype ♂, Mount Jianfengling, 1365m., 18 Mar. 1978, collected by Cai Meiwei & Wang Pongliang.2. Anthomyia psilommota sp. nov. (fig.2): ♂:Body length 6.5 mm. Similar to the previous species and differentiated from it as follows:Eyes practically bare: ors and if very minute; up-curved genal setae in 1 row, rather strong; prementum 3.7 times as long as its height; dust on head somewhat pale brown; presulcal ac rather developed, the 2nd ones isolated from the paired large black markings, but each on a small black spot basally; 3rd pair of post-sulcal ac not situated on the black band, from which keeping at a short distance; scutellum with a dusted spot at apex; postscutal black band somewhat projecting rearward at middle of hind margin, penulmated prescutellar ac situated on the black band; basal half of f₂ with a row of 7 pv, which almost in equal length, av row short haired, t₃: 1, (9-12), 2, (5-6); surstylus in profile slightly narrowed apically, not slightly widened as in the previous species.Holotype ♂, paratype 1♂, Mount Jianfengling, 1365 m. 18 Mar. 1978, Coll. Cai Meiwei and Wang Pongliang.
