Abstract:

The urban mosquito control required by the Office of National Committee of Patriotic Health Campaign is quite different from that the conventional mosquito control. It is of special importance in the urban vector control. In views of its aim and requirements, control environment and control targets, the source reduction, i. e., through the eradication of breeding grounds, supplemented with larval control to prevent the emerging of adults, is suggested.A strong organization is also emphazied for the success of the control.
