紫貂作为EHF宿主动物的血清流行病学研究

摘要: 本文应用IFAT技术及HRP-SPA法,检测养貂区不同人群血EHFV IgG、IgM抗体及紫貂血EHF IgG抗体、肺EHFV抗原。结果表明,养貂者与非养貂者的EHFV IgG阳性率差异极显著(P<0.01),非养貂者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);EHFV TgM的阳性率也以养貂者为高(6.12%),非养貂者仅1.56%。提示养貂者为好发EHF的危险人群。同时检测52份紫貂血,EHFV IgG阳性4份;252只紫貂肺标本,EHFV抗原阳性10只;肝脏68只,抗原阳性1只。笔者认为,紫貂不仅是EHF的宿主动物,且可能是潜在的传染源。

Abstract: With a IPAT and HRp-SPA technique, Blood samples from different population at rearing Marten area and marten samples were tested for EHFV IgG and IgM antibodies.The result indicated that the positive rate of EHFV IgG in Marten breeder and non-breeder were sufficiently different (P<0.01). The positive rate of EHFV IgM was also higher in breeder in titer. It is 6.12% in breeder, and 1.56% in non-breeder.This indicated that Marten' breeder is high risk population for EHF. Meanwhile 52 marten' blood samples were identified for EHFV -IgG antibody, 4 positive were founded, and 252 marten'. Lung samples were tested, the positive were 10 samples for EHFV antigen. the result indicated that Marten is not only to act as a host animal, but is reservoir of infection for EHF.
