几种灭鼠药物现场毒杀黑线姬鼠效果比较

摘要: 多年来,我国农田灭鼠惯用急性杀鼠剂,造成大批非靶动物中毒死忘,且灭效不理想。抗凝血灭鼠剂能否用于农田灭鼠,关键在于鼠类能否连续吃到毒饵。我们选用急性毒力较强的抗凝血灭鼠剂,采用一次性少量多点投饵方法毒杀黑线姬鼠,灭效均高于急性灭鼠药磷化锌。其中以大降灭效最高,校正灭鼠率达80.96%;其次为敌鼠钠盐和溴敌降,灭效分别达87.01%和85.45%:磷化锌灭效最低,为70.16%,几种抗凝血灭鼠剂与磷化锌灭效相比较,都具有显著性差异。

Abstract: It is unavoidable to take consideration of saving on food used for baits in distributing Rodenticides in the vast farmland in Chirna. Rodenticides have preferable in general over the years, which has proved unsatisfied in effecaey while a large number of non-target animals has been killed as a side effect. Whether Anticoagulant rodenticidcs could be used in farmland. The key is how to set a proper bait quantity at which the poison is enough to kill while the least bait food is required. For this, we made an experiment in Zhangwan District, Lu An County testing the effect of Anticoagulant rodenticides. The baits were distributed to many points each for a small quantity at single putting. The result proved that Anticoagulant rodenticides have an effect higher than that of quick zinc phosphide. Brodifacoum comes first with a proofreadeng killing rate of 89.96%, then comes the Diphacinone(Na-Salt)and Bromadiolone reaching rates at 87.01% and 85.45% respectively. Zinc phesphide comes last with a proofreading killing rate of 70.26%. Thus it is clear that even Bromadiolone, the least effective among Anticoagulant rodenticides is superior in effect than zinc phosphide rodenticides with a notable differenec(t=1.603>10.01 2.576, P<0.01).The result of the experiment shows that using Anticoagulant rodenticides in killing farmland Apodedemus agrarius as a repalcement of Rodenticides could not only achieve a higher effect but also be safer to non-target animals.
