鼠类对Quintox毒饵摄食试验效果观察

摘要: 本文报告了鼠类对0.075%Quintox毒饵接受性试验结果。对褐家鼠和小白鼠进行了1天的无选择摄食试验,试鼠的死亡比分别为13/15和10/10,平均中毒死亡时间为5.15和4.87天;对大白鼠进行了1、2、4天的有选择摄食试验,试鼠的死亡比分别为10/10、20/20、20/20,平均中毒死亡时间分别为3.60,3.93、5.00天,摄食系数分别为1.05、0.55、0.63.试验表明,0.075%Quintox毒饵接受性好,几乎杀死全部试鼠。

Abstract: The result of Feeding test of rats and mice to 0.075% Quintox bait in laboratory was reported in this paper. The mortality of Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus albino Shanghai following no-choice presentation of the bait for one day was 13/15 and 10/10, and the mean time to death was5. 15 and 4.87 days, respectively. The choice Feeding test was conducted, in which the Feeding period was divided into 1, 2, and 4 days. The mortality of albino Rats was 10/10, 20/20, and 20/20, the mean time to death 3.60, 3.93, and 5.00, and the Feeding index 1.05, 0.55, and 0.63, respectively. The result suggested that the patalability of 0.075% Quintox was great, and completely killed the test animals
