摘要: 在实验室温度为26±1℃等综合条件下,同时观察经球形芽孢杆菌C3-41菌液处理后的淡色库蚊子1代和亲代生命表特征。结果发现,经处理后的子1代卵的孵化率低于亲代,而羽化率则高于亲代,两者经检验均有高度显著性差异(P<0.005);同时发现,处理后的子1代净生殖率下降19.23%,平均世代周期延长约4天。本文还就有关生命表的种群参数进行了讨论。

Abstract: The early 4th instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens were treated with BS C3-41 solution at a concentration of 0.01ppm in the laboratory. The life table characteristics of the F1 generation of the mosquito were studied. In comparison with the untreat control group, the net reproduction rate of the treated mosquitoes reduced by 19.23%, while the average duration of the life cycles increased by 4 day; on the other hand, F1 generation showed an effect of subsifing in the hatch rate. Jt is thus speculated that population of the F2 generation would be diminished due to the effects of BS C3-41 on the previous generation.
