姬鼠型流行性出血热鼠间传播因素的调查研究及多元线性回归分析

摘要: 1989年12月,在江苏省姬鼠型疫区进行EHF鼠间传播因素调查,并用免疫转印技术对同一鼠窝中鼠螨分离的EHF病毒进行抗原多肽分子量测定,结果一致。以每窝鼠数、鼠皮肤破损数、鼠窝残留食物EHF抗原阳性数和革螨数为自变量,以鼠窝鼠EHF抗原、抗体阳性率和EHF总感染率为因变量,分别进行多元线性回归分析。结果:4个自变量和3个因变量的回归关系有非常显著性意义;进一步进行回归方程显著性检验表明,在姬鼠型疫区鼠间传播因素中,以皮肤破损为主要因素;鼠间密切接触和革螨叮咬为次要因素:而与食入EHF抗原污染的食物关系不密切。

Abstract: The factors of transmission of epidemic heamorrhagic fever (EHF)among mice were investigated in wild-rodent-type focus of EHF in Jiangsu province in December 1987. The antigenic components of EHF virus isolated from mice and mites in the same litter were analyzed bY immunoblotting technique, the results were identical. Analysing the data with multiple regression mode, significant regression relationship were found between four independent variables including the number of mice each litter, the percentage of skin damage, the positive rate of antigen in remained food of litter andthe number of mite and each of the following dependend variables including the positive rates of antigen/antibody and the total infected rate of EHF in mice. Further analysis showed that skin damage was the first factor of transmission in wild-rodent-type focus of EHF among mice, contacting closely among mice and biting by mites were the second, there were no relationship between the transmission and consuming the food polluted by EHF antigen.
