染疫啮齿动物皮鼠疫菌存活时间和再感染能力的研究

摘要: 实验感染啮齿动物,鼠疫菌在自然干燥皮上存活时间为1~7天,在足上活存时间为1~11天;在盐拌组皮上存活时间为0天,足上为1~5天。自然干燥组和盐拌组比较,鼠疫菌在皮上存活时间有显著差异,在足上存活时间无显著差异。保持再感染的时间,自然干燥皮块为0~7天,足为0~9天;盐拌组皮块24小时即失去对小白鼠的再感染力,足则保持1~5天。讨论认为,鼠疫菌在市售獭皮的皮面和足内存活时间无显著差异,盐拌处理可使皮上鼠疫菌存活时间缩短。

Abstract: The experiment on the survival period of plague Bacillus in rodent pelt which desiccated under the natural circumstance was carried out. The result showed that the Bacillus in the feet region of dry pelt could existed for Ⅰ to Ⅱ days, the Bacillus in the surface of the pelt only existed for Ⅰ to 7 days. But the Bacillus in the feet region of pelt which treated with salts could existed for Ⅰ to 5 days. There was no significant difference in the survival period of Bacillus in the feet region of both pelt, but significant difference in the survival period of Bacillus in the surface between dry and salts treated pelt was founded. Reinfecting action of the peltry(act as reservoir of infection) could lasted for 7 days in the surface, and for 9 days in the feet region of Bacillus.The peltry handled with salts could not infected the white mouse in laboratory. The pelt with Bacillus in the feet region would keep the reinfecting action for Ⅰ to 5 days. There was no significant differece in the survival period of Bacillus both in the surface and feet. the marmot pelt in the market, but Bacillus in the surface of selts handled with salts would survive more shorter period of time than that of dry pelt.
