Under the microscope a large amount of the encephalo-malacia focus in parenchyma region, small neurglia cell hyperplasia and neurogen necrosis were very common phynomena. 0.1% of Bromethalin maize baits. 10 pieces per borrow putting the killing rate was 94.12%, after three days calculated the rate of distinct borrow. The results confirmee that Bromethalinbbaits possessed very stronger toxicity for c.dauricus, death period is mild and palatable for rodents and is suitable using for dealing with natural focus, is ideal rodenticide for pest control.}
